SPIRITUAL: Read or recite verses, chapters, books of the bible and or inspirational daily words from books; Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Chakras aligned; connecting with outside nature and inhaling and thinking to self (self realization techniques); Me time, Creator Time, nothing but Lay-Down-And-Think-To-Myself time; feeding and rejuvenating your soul spirit (relaxation, candle lights, incense, no connection to anyone); prayer -speaking positives into existence, good things, etc..
FINANCIAL: Learn to manage & spend (when & where to buy)/use money correctly; Learn to save your money (how to purchase after saving up for); what to & when to Invest In; Learn where & when to be CHARITABLE with your assets; what amounts of money are needed to accomplish your goals; the SECRET Account(s) that are non-touchable; how many secure markets/businesses to own/ have; what key ???'s to keep to yourself...shhhhh.
PERSONAL: Care for, Love & Embracement of Self; care for, love, and embracement of others, without neglecting yourself; grooming/beauty tops (nonexpensive, expensive); motivating/encouraging self (reading daily quotes, reciting quotes to self; positive and encouraging circle of people/associates/friends(don't entertain the negative; in emergency situations, get help for the person); energetic, healthy conversations and people, and healthy relationships with people; incorporating (physical, mental and spiritual aspects into the personal) see following: relationships (mates - boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife; family-kids, aunts, sister, brother, mother, father, grands...).
PHYSIOLOGICAL: diet and exercise very important; each plan is catered to each seperate person but with enjoyment- making it an everyday thing instead of 'an exercise thing'. 30 minute/day each day- daily just like you breathe; cleaning out/giving away donating the old eating foods and replacing with a new group of foods healthier food groups; in house exercise, gyms, etc..; water very important; relaxing baths afterwards and or steamers (lavendar, chamomille, vanilla, spa, winterwood, menthol with peppermint ), showers (citrus, energy, orange, lemon, country apple) body washes.
PSYCHOLOGICAL: What do you enjoy doing that calms you and or takes you away? do it at least for 30-60 minutes per day, or more if you can. Don't want to stress this into your life, but incorporate it into your life, with ease......where it's done daily, just like you breathe. (Example: Lumosity, crosswords, search and find, gardening, cleaning, doing nothing, sitting outside, walking, reading, writing, screaming, playing, jumping, water slides,...).
